3. Booking and Payment
Booking : All bookings must be made through our website or directly with our team.
Payment : Payment instructions, including deposits, will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy : Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Arrive on time for your scheduled session.
Provide accurate booking details.
Bring any necessary items, such as outfits or props, for your session.
5. Studio Responsibilities
We commit to delivering high-quality photography and video services. In the event of unexpected delays or issues, we will notify clients as soon as possible.
6. Copyright and Media Usage
Ownership : UNIT 13 retains copyright ownership of all photos and videos produced BY UNIT.
License : Clients are granted a personal-use license for the delivered photos and videos.
7. Liability
Limitations : We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Force Majeure : We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (eg, emergencies or natural disasters).
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Clients agree to seek an amicable resolution for any disputes before pursuing legal action.
